This 1989 Yamaha Banshee is said to have remained in one family from new, and it is powered by a liquid-cooled 347cc two-stroke parallel-twin mated to a six-speed manual transmission. Its bodywork is finished in black with silver, red, and white graphics and is mounted over a red-finished frame. Equipment includes an FMF two-into-two expansion-chamber exhaust system, piggyback front shocks, independent front suspension, a remote-reservoir rear monoshock, front and rear disc brakes, a black seat, dual headlights, and a kick starter.
Multi-piece 10″ front and 9″ rear wheels finished in silver are mounted with 22×7.00″ SUNF and 20×10.00″ MASSFX tires, respectively. The independent front suspension system consists of a pair of preload-adjustable coilover shocks and double wishbones, while the rear setup features a swingarm fitted with an adjustable remote-reservoir monoshock. Stopping power is provided by single discs at both front wheels in addition to a single disc on the rear axle.
